COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE EFFICIENCY OF WATER AND WATER-AMINE ABSORPTION PROCESSES FOR EXTRACTING CO2 FROM BIOGAS

چکیده

The production of biomethane from biogas energy costsfor the most widely used amine and water processes for extracting carbon dioxide were analyzed using computer simulation. Combined water-amine absorption method purification CO2 wasincluded in comparative analysis.
For content 32 to 42 %, specific costs when extract are, on average, ~ 2.5 times lower than absorption, but loss CH4 by was 7.1–7.6 % due its watersolubility with practically zero insignificant (0.17–2.8 %) technology.
Using preliminary saved can compensate power consumption compressor or heatcosts saturated absorbent regenerating. This will allowto reduce almost equal absorptionone. results simulation extraction be optimize technological schemes — an analogueof natural gas. Bibl. 13, Fig. 5, Tab. 6.

Removal of H2S and CO2 from Biogas by Amine Absorption

Due to strategic and environmental reasons, currently, there is an increasing interest in biofuels as alternative energy source. Bio-alcohols and biodiesel are the alternatives been considered for auto-motion while biomass and biogas are the alternatives been considered for electrical power generation. Biogas is a medium-energy content fuel (~22 MJ/kg) derived from the organic material decompos...

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
